EDITORIAL __ Dog Sweaters
In celebration of our dog sweater launch, we caught up with a few of our favorite four (and two) legged friends to learn about their favorite human food, spot to be scratched, and place to cozy-up. |
*10% of all dog sweaters sales will be donated to Secondhand Hounds, a nonprofit animal rescue in Minnesota. Since July of 2009 they have provided safe shelter, proper veterinary care and daily necessities for animals at risk, while working hard to find each a permanent, loving home. To date, 18,568 dogs, cats, and critters have found forever homes thanks to Secondhand Hounds.
Russel's favorite human food is bananas.
Chloe is 20lbs. French Bull Dog who loves to sniff and be friends with other dogs. She is 8 years old, loves having her picture taken, and is up for adoption via Secondhand Hounds !!
Daisy wants to be a princess when she grows up.
Isaac is a 4 1/2 lbs. ball of love Yorkie, who aspires to become an 80 lbs. Newfoundland. He was adopted from Safe Hands Animal Rescue.
Cheeto and Russel recently became big brothers to a human and no longer get to sleep in their parents bed.
Oshie is an aspiring tennis player.
Roo Roo is our best two-legged friend who loves having her ears scratched, and was adopted by her mom from Secondhand Hounds.
Dakota is a mama's boy who sleeps on a pillow between his parents.
Zoey is an aspiring artist who loves chips.
Gizmo fake sneezes when he needs some attention and loves celery.
Cheeto was adopted through The Italian Greyhound Rescue in Minneapolis by his parents who give him steak, but only fillets.
Sir Winston was rescued when he was 3 months old by his mom, who he loves to sleep under the covers with.
Mildred loves cucumbers and her lamb chop toy. She was adopted from MARRS Animal Rescue.
Rue would rather be sleeping.
